so, all i can think about is moving to the city and interning with zac posen.

i need to sew, cut music, write papers, do boards, and sketches but i'm so distracted by the excitement of getting to work with an actual designer in a little over three weeks.  I want it to be tomorrow.

So an update on the fashion show:

our runway is 56 feet long, 20 feet longer than the past years, and I'm so freaking happy about it. Its fucking awesome.  I cannot wait to see everything hung up and set up. my heart is skipping from anticipation of that as well. tomorrow is the first run-through but not a dress rehearsal hopefully we'll have the timing down so I can actually cut and edit the music right.  the songs are so kick ass. none of that pop-techno bullshit. another one of my ideas that i threw out there and they actually didn't have a problem with, well all but one. :/  too bad sorry we're not at Abercrombie.

well today was a waste of an outfit.  love middle state NY.

Not to mention i'm re-vamping an old pair of boots. 

I'm so excited for them to be done... no worries you'll see them when they are done, promise.

oh and I can't stop thinking about all the other lame shoes I have at home that I cannot wait to re-do.

I'm so stressed out about the fashion show and the end of the semester that I'm doing anything I can to relax, hence the shoe making... and blogging.  But this year's show is going to be kick-ass, being the student director has its perks and yes pictures will be posted. no worries.

Turning Stone

last night a bunch of us went to turning stone casino to have a good time for a friend's birthday. it was a blast.

Well, here are my two favorite animals (minus my cat):

Pierre the peacock and Patron a.k.a. Mr. Puggles.  And yes he's named after the tequila.

I have two more peacocks as well but they aren't fully matured like pierre but they are equally as beautiful.  I don't know how we got the other two, they just showed up out of the blue one day but we did get pierre from a honduran.  Weird. 

I guess this will be my "introductory" post, so uhmmm... 

yeah. I'm 21 and a junior in college at the smallest place ever studying fashion design.  In about two weeks I will be moving to NYC for a summer internship :) really excited! I really can't wait.  Here's some pictures of my roommate and I today.

The leggings that I'm wearing is one of my designs and I thoroughly enjoy them.  Oh and I'm wearing a skort... yes I know I wore them when I was five... but I really don't care.  It was my moms, its high-waisted and I'm in love with it.

As for my shoes, boodals (boots and sandals, thats what I like to call them) I'm infatuated with them.  Found them at Nine West and immediately needed them.   Who wouldn't want them?
